The machine adopts 250W motor and is equipped with worm gear speed reducer and regulative belt pulley. With three grades of speeds, low speed is 9m /minute, medium speed is 12m /minute and high speed is 18m /minute.
Lengths of curve and straight line are initialized with counter and correctly counted by coder.
Heating of glue-fusing device is composed of two parts. Main heater takes charge of boiling colloidal particles in gluepot, auxiliary heater takes charge of preserve the heat of glue to ensure the better fluidity of glue in the process of transferring and pasting and then make edge sealing tape, batten or PVC strip stuck more evenly and firmly.
